摘要
目的探究如何充分发挥招聘启事在筛选与企业匹配的候选人过程中的作用。方法采用3×4混合设计,对偶比较法得到不同招聘启事的排名,对排名赋值后进行方差分析;通过访谈法,对其判断的原因进行质性探讨。结果专业与招聘启事类型的交互作用显著(F=2.441,P<0.05),简单效应分析发现为"任务描述+胜任力"类型时,不同专业之间有显著差异(F=32.58,P<0.001)。通过访谈关键词频数总结,其选择的原因多集中于招聘启事具有相关胜任力的具体要求或具有组织氛围的简要描述。结论不同描述的招聘启事对大学生的吸引力是不同的,同时包含工作任务、胜任力和组织氛围的招聘启事最受欢迎。
Objective Exploring how to give full play to the role of recruitment notices in screening candidates that ate the right one to companies. Methods Using 3 × 4 mixed design. Using paired comparison to obtain the ranking of four kinds of recruitment notice, the variance analysis was carried out after assignment of the rankings, and the reason of the judgment was discussed through the qualitative interview. Results The interaction of subjects and the types of recruitment notice was significant (F = 2. 441, P 〈 0.05 ). A further Analysis showed," task description + competency" type of recruitment notice were significant differences among different subjects (Fc87.2) = 32.58 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). By counting the frequency of the interviews" keywords, the reasons for the selection are focused on the specific requirements of the recruitment notice with relevant competencies or a description of the organizational atmosphere. Conclusion Different description of the reeI-uitment notice of the attractiveness of college students is different, while the task tasks, competeneies and organizational atmosphere of the recruitment notice of the most popular.
