中国能源效率地区差异分析

Analysis of Regional Differences in Energy Efficiency in China

以中国2001-2015年省级面板数据为样本,运用变异系数法和泰尔指数法分析了能源效率的地区差异性,结果表明:中国能源效率地区差异在波动中存在扩大的趋势;区域差异分解表明组间差异的扩大逐渐成为造成中国能源效率地区差异的主要原因,这说明我国三大区域之间能源效率存在系统性的差异。进一步分析表明,在我国经济发展过程中,能源效率地区差异的扩大会使得因经济收敛而产生的能源需求量进一步增加。因此,为了降低我国未来的能源需求,必须缩小能源效率的地区差异,特别是三大区域之间能源效率的差异。

With the provincial panel data of China during 2001-2015,using the method of variation coefficient and Theil index method,we analyze the regional differences of energy efficiency. The results show that the difference of energy efficiency in China tends to grow in fluctuation： regional difference decomposition shows that the difference between groups has gradually become the main cause of the differences of energy efficiency in China,which shows that there is systematic difference of regional energy efficiency in China.Further analysis shows that in the process of China＇s economic development,the expansion of regional differences in energy efficiency will increase the energy demand due to economic convergence. Therefore,in order to reduce China＇s future energy demand,regional differences in energy efficiency must be reduced,especially the energy efficiency differences among the three regions.
