摘要
随着我国经济发展步入新常态,作为国民经济增长重要引擎的制造业在持续发展及转型升级方面折射出诸多棘手问题。在这一形势下,习近平同志提出"供给侧结构性改革"理念,强调"创新才是引领发展的第一动力",这为破解我国制造业升级发展困局开辟了新思路。借此,本文立足供给侧改革背景,在"模糊集合理论"基础上构建我国制造企业的创新能力评价指标体系,然后利用频数统计法进行数学建模分析,最后在企业自身、地方支持机制及宏观调控政策等层面,针对如何优化我国制造企业创新驱动机制提出政策性建议。
As China's economic development has entered a new normal, the manufacturing industry, which is an important engine for national economic growth, reflects many thorny issues in terms of continuous development and transformation and upgrading. Based on the reform background of supply side, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of innovation capability of Chinese manufacturing enterprises on the basis of "fuzzy set theory", and then uses frequency statistics method to analyze mathematical modeling. Finally, at the level of enterprises themselves, local support mechanisms, and macro-control policies, policy recommendations are made on how to optimize the innovation-driven mechanism of China's manufacturing enterprises.
