Improving Quality of Medical Record's Front Cover Through Review Procedure

本文将我院上报病案规则由系统自动上传昨日编目病历的首页信息,更改为系统自动上传昨日审核的首页信息。通过完善病案首页上报校对规则,HQMS以及DRGS上报工作反馈的错误信息明显减少。通过新增再审核流程,可以显著提高病案首页的上报质量,具有较强的现实意义。

The paper modifies the rules of reporting medical record＇s front page in this Hospital, by changing from the automatic upload of the previous day＇s catalogued front covers into that of the reviewed ones. The improvement of reporting and reviewing rules significantly helps reduce errors in HQMS and DRGS. The newly increased review procedure can improve the front cover report quality and is significant in practice.
