关于农网中低压项目精益化管理思路的探讨

Discussion on Lean Management Thinking in Middle and Low Voltage Project in Rural Areas

本文就农网中低压项目管理存在的问题进行分析,探讨了中低压项目精益化管理的思路,提出以精益化管理理论为基础,基于配网工程精益化管控系统等信息化手段实现中低压项目精益化管理的解决思路,从而达到提高项目立项精准度、推进配电网标准化设计、强化工程施工安全与质量管控、细化项目管理颗粒度、优化项目全过程规范管理流程、提升项目建设成效的目的。

This paper analyzes existing problems of rural middle and low voltage project management, explores the idea of lean management, puts forward to using information technology for lean management of distribution network projects, so as to improve the accuracy of project approval, promote the standard design of power distribution network, strengthen the construction safety and quality control, reduce project management granularity, optimize the standard management procedure of the entire project and improve the effectiveness of project construction.
