基于高校融合共建机制的社区文化艺术建设研究——以江西省为例

Research on the Construction of Community Culture and Art Based on the Integration and Co-construction Mechanism of Colleges and Universities——Taking Jiangxi Province as an Example

目前在我国高校和社区之间融合程度不深,但近年来高校深入社区进行文化建设的步伐加快,相关的理论研究也不断涌现。本文以江西省为例,对比国内外社区建设的模式,借鉴其他省市比较先进的经验,通过分析江西省目前存在的问题,为江西省构建了一个由政府引导、社区力量主导、高校积极协助、融合共建的社区文化建设模式,并从构建有效的联系机制、完善的保障机制、可行的服务机制以及科学的评价机制4个方面进行详细阐述。

In China, colleges and universities have not deeply integrated with communities. However, in recent years,with colleges and universities accelerating their cultural construction into communities, relevant theoretical researches have been emerging. By taking Jiangxi Province as an example, through comparing the domestic and international community construction mode, learning advanced experience from other provinces and cities, as well as analyzing existing problems in Jiangxi, the Province constructed a community culture construction model, which is guided by the government, dominated by community forces and assisted by the integration of colleges and universities. The paper details four aspects of the construction of effective contact mechanism, security mechanism, feasible service mechanism and scientific evaluation mechanism.
