本文通过对企业科技信息管理情况的未来发展方向进行了分析。通过自身的实践得知,中国的国内市场竞争环境日趋紧张,因此一个企业中的决策者必须密切关注市场的动态信息,并且要充分挖掘员工的潜力。从当前企业状况来看,有关这个方面的信息收集直至最终的整理过程都是需要科技信息管理部门来完成的,工作任务相当繁琐复杂。如果能够合理运用现代信息技术,就能够很大程度上减少繁琐的步骤,提高工作质量。因此企业信息管理工作需要进行改革。本文着重探讨科技信息管理在现代信息技术环境下的变革及其发展方向。

This article analyzes the future development direction of enterprise science and technology information management. Decision makers, through their own practice, know that the competitive environment in China＇s domestic market is becoming increasingly tense. Therefore, the decision makers in an enterprise must pay close attention to the dynamic information of the market and give full play to their potential. According to the current status of the company, the information collection and organization process in this area requires the scientific and technological（ST） information management department to complete the task, and the task is rather tedious. However, the rational use of modern information technology can greatly reduce complicated steps, improve the quality of work, and reduce many annoyances for employees. The enterprise information management work needs to be reformed. The paper focuses on the reform of ST information management in the modern information technology environment and its development direction.
