公路工程工地试验室质量保障体系研究

Research on Quality Assurance System of Highway Engineering Site Laboratory

试验检测是保障工程质量的重要途径,而工地试验室是展开试验检测的基础条件。客观、准确、及时的试验检测数据可以有效的指导施工,是评定工程质量的客观标准。本文研究明确了公路工程工地试验室工作的主要内容,分析了工地试验室对公路工程质量的影响,并针对当前工地试验室质量的问题,从试验室标准化建设、标准化管理、试验检测、资料管理方面提出强化工地试验室质量的对策,建立了工地试验室质量保障体系。

Testing is an important way to guarantee the quality of engineering and the site laboratory is the basic condition for the test. The objective, accurate and timely test data can be used to guide the construction, which is the objective criterion to evaluate the engineering quality. This paper studies the main work of highway engineering site laboratory and analyzes the influence of site laboratory on highway engineering quality. In view of the present situation of field laboratory, from the laboratory standardization construction, standardized management, test and data management, the paper puts forward measures to improve the quality of field laboratory, and establishes the field laboratory quality assurance system.
