精神分裂症与血清中胆固醇及其标志物相关性研究

A comparative study of serum cholesterol biomarkers in patients with schizophrenia

目的探索精神分裂症与胆固醇及其标志物含量的相关性。方法分别测定80例精神分裂症患者(病例组)和80名健康志愿者(对照组)的血清胆固醇及其标志物含量。结果病例组胆固醇合成标志物角鲨烯、2,4-脱氢胆固醇以及胆固醇吸收标志物菜油固醇、β-谷固醇浓度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者可能存在血清胆固醇标志物功能异常。

Objective To explore the serum cholesterol biomarkers in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia in study group and 80 healthy people in control group were selected and examined with level of serum cholesterol biomarkers. Results The level of serum cholesterol synthesis biomarkers （include squalene and 2, 4- dehydrocholesterol） and serum cholesterol absorption biomarkers （include campesterol and β-sitosterol） were all significantly lower in study group than those in control group （ P 〈 0.5 ）. Conclusion There may be abnormal function for the serum cholesterol biomarkers in the patients with schizophrenia.
