利用微信对阿尔茨海默病患者提供出院后延续护理的体会

Use of WeChat to provide patients with Alzheimer's disease the experience of the continue nursing after discharge

目的观察利用微信对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者提供出院后延续护理的效果。方法选择2016-03—2016-06在我院老年医学科收治的AD患者90例,随机分为观察组45例,对照组45例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,利用微信为其提供为期12个月的出院后延续护理,以微信互动形式为主,定期发布疾病相关知识,进行个体化的随访及分组讨论。结果出院前,2组患者疾病相关知识知晓率和日常生活行为量表(ADL)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院后6个月、12个月观察组疾病相关知识知晓率和ADL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用微信为AD患者提供出院后延续护理,可提高患者疾病相关知识知晓率、疾病治疗依从率,从而延缓病情进展、改善生活质量。

Objective To observe the use of WeChatof in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） provides the effect of the continue nursing after discharge. Methods 90 cases of AD patients admitted in geriatric medicine, randomly divided into observa- tion group（n = 45） and control group（n = 45）, control group using conventional nursing management, group on the basis of con- ventional nursing, using WeChat provide a 12-month continue nursing after discharge, mainly WeChat interactive forms, regularly publish disease related knowledge, individualization of follow-up and group discussions. Results Before discharge, two groups of patients with disease related knowledge awareness and activities daily living （ADL） scale score was no statistical significance （P〉0.05）;6 months and 12 months after discharge aware of knowledge about diseases and ADL scores observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion WeChat can provide continue nursing for AD patients after discharge, and can improve aware of knowledge about disease and the patients compliance rate, delay disease progression and improve the quality of life.
