摘要 目的 探讨混合式教学法在 《护理礼仪与形体训练》 教学中的应用及效果.方法 按随机抽样原则选取我院14级本科护理4个班为调查对象, 分为实验组和对照组, 其中对照组采用传统教学法教学, 实验组采用混合式教学法教学.授课后对实验对象和临床带教老师进行调查, 并比较两组护生的期末理论和技能成绩.结果 实验组期末技能考核成绩优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P〈0.05); 79.8%的护生认为自主学习能力得到了培养, 认为能够促进交流、 协作学习的护生占74.6%; 实习带教老师对实验组护生的礼仪动作、 形象素质认可度明显高于对照组.结论混合式教学法能够节约学习时间, 提高学习自主学习能力和护生综合素质. Objective: To discuss the application and effect of hybrid teaching method in the teaching of nursing manners and physique training. Method: The random-sampling principle is to select four classes from 14 undergraduate nursing classes, and to dividethem into test group and control group;the control group uses the traditional teaching method, and the test group uses the hybrid teaching method. Results: The final skill assessment of the test group is better than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). 79.8% of the nursing students believe that the self-learning ability is improved, and the nursing students who believed that they could promote communicative and collaborative study account for 74.6%. The intern shows the teacher’s protocol for the test group and the quality is clearly superior to the control group. Conclusion: The hybrid teaching method can save studying time, and improve self-learning ability.
