基于天气雷达和极轨卫星的火点识别应用

摘要 利用天气雷达和极轨卫星对2006年8月8日浙江省宁波市北仑区小港青峙工业区宏源路88号的宁波亚洲浆纸业有限公司露天废纸原料堆场大火进行反演,分析其在天气雷达和极轨卫星上的表现特征,结果表明:天气雷达图像能够应用在非气象回波监测识别上;极轨卫星在过境和无云状态下能够很好地识别出地表异常高温热源点,对及时发现火情及救火减灾上有一定的指导意义。 Based on the weather radar and polar orbiting satellites, the fire points of the open - air raw materials of Ningbo Asian pulp paper Co.,Ltd in No. 88,Hongyuan road,Xiaogangqingzlii induBeilun district,Ningbo, Zhejiang province were inversed on 8 August 2006, and its performance characteristics onweather radar and polar orbit satellites were analyzed. The results show that the weatnon - meteorological echo monitoring and identification because of its high sensitivity. The the abnormal high temperature point under the state of transit and cloudless,and it has some guidfor the discovery of tlie fire prevention and disaster reduction.
