半钢轮胎模具上盖有限元模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对处于轮胎模具硫化工况下的上盖进行受力分析,并根据弹塑性力学薄板计算理论,建立上盖受力简化力学模型。从生产实践得知,上盖每一次变形量累积将反映到上盖材料塑性消耗及强度损伤,进而对轮胎模具合模精度、轮胎硫化质量产生直接影响。通过对影响上盖变形量的闭滑板面积、上侧板结构装配形式、材料等运用有限元模拟分析,得到扇形上盖闭滑板结构比矩形上盖闭滑板结构变形量小、45锻钢比Q235材料变形量小以及整体式上盖上侧板结构比通过螺栓连接结构变形量小的结论。模拟结果对上盖连接结构、材料的确定提供了理论指导。 The stress analysis of the top cover under the vulcanizing condition for the tire mould was carried out.A simplified mechanical model of the top cover was established according to the elastic-plastic mechanical sheet calculation theory.The production practice indicated that the accumulation of the deformation for the top cover will reflect the plastic consumption and strength damage of the top cover material and then have a direct impact on the closing accuracy of tire mould and tire curing quality.By using finite element simulation to analyze the area of the closed plate which will influence the deformation of top cover,the structure-assembly form of the upper plate and the material,the conclusions were gotten that the deformation of closed plate structure for fan-shaped top cover is smaller than that for the rectangular top cover,the material deformation of the 45 forged steel is smaller than that of the Q235 and the side plate structure of the overall top cover have less deformation than the bolt connection structure.Theoretical guidance was provided for the determination of the connecting structure and material for the top cover.
