摘要 着重分析了热模锻压力机生产的锻件因设备磨损、工装磨损、锻模加工精度、安装规范和错移力五类比较常见的原因造成错差及其形成机理,并通过多年现场经验针对这五类原因依次采取用塞规检查压力机导轨间隙、导向杆与导向套配合间隙、用三坐标测量仪检查模具精度、制定模具安装规范和模具优化设计等措施检查和解决,这对生产实践及提高锻件质量都具有非常重要的意义。 The common causes caused by equipment wear,tooling wear,processing accuracy of forging die,installation specification and shifting force and the mechanism of mismatch was analyzed,and the five kinds of problems were checked and solved respectively by checking the press rail clearance and fit clearance between the guiding rod and guide sleeve with plug gauges,checking the accuracy of die with three coordinate measuring machine,formulating the installation specifications of die and optimizing the design of die.These measures play an important role in the production practice and the improvement of the forging's quality.
