摘要 从航空模拟量飞机数字化制造和改型设计的客观要求出发,提出基于样板实现航空工装产品逆向建模方法。对逆向建模过程的误差分布情况进行分析,基于照相扫描设备提取样板轮廓信息,并通过曲线优化光顺、定位基准协调、曲面造型功能建立逆向曲面,最终通过三维激光扫描方法实现工装产品的在线检测,验证了逆向建模在航空产品制造中的应用。 Starting from the objective requirements of digital manufacturing and modification design of aviation analog aircraft,reverse modeling methods of aircraft tooling products were put forward based on sample plate.The error distributions of the reverse modeling process were analyzed and plate contour information was extracted based on photographic scanning equipment.At the same time,through the curve optimization,coordinating positioning datum and surface modeling function,the reverse curve was established.Finally,the on-line inspection of tooling products was realized with three dimensional laser scanning method which verified the application of reverse modeling in aviation product manufacturing.
