摘要 以芜湖电网全年负荷情况及严桥风电场实测数据为基础,分析了大规模风电接入对芜湖电网调峰和安全运行的影响,并针对风电消纳问题提出了一种基于动态电价的电动汽车有序充放电策略,通过仿真结果表明所提策略可以减轻电网调峰压力,提升风电消纳能力。
