摘要
目的探讨目标管理法和关键绩效指标法在病案书写质量绩效管理中的应用效果。方法运用目标管理法和关键绩效指标法,以病案质控过程常出现的问题作为绩效考核目标,比较使用绩效管理考核前后2017年3月-2017年10月和2016年3月-2016年10月的病案书写质量。结果病案书写质量明显提高,住院病案甲级病案率由95%上升至99%,乙级病案率、丙级病案率和病案漏签字率分别由4%、1%、40%下降至1%、0%、2%。结论以目标管理法和关键绩效指标法为基础的病案绩效管理能有效提高病案书写质量,并能激发临床医师书写病案的积极性。
Objectives To explore the effect of target management with key performance indicators on the quality of medical record writing. Methods Through target management with key performance indicators, the problems often found in the quality control of medical records were taken as the assessment target. The quality of medical records before(March to October, 2016) and after(March to October, 2017) the employment of performance management was compared. Results The medical record quality was improved significantly with performance management. The rates of A class inpatient records increased from 95% to 99%, respectively. The rates of B class and C class inpatient records and missing signature decreased from 4%, 1% and 40% to 1%, 0% and 2%, respectively.Conclusions Medical record performance management based on target management with key performance indicators could effectively improve the quality of medical record writing and stimulate the clinicians to complete the record writing in time.
