振源胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者高敏c反应蛋白的影响

The Effect of Zhenyuan Capsule on High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Patients with Unstable Angina

目的观察振源胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者高敏c反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2015年9月-2017年9月在医院心内科住院的不稳定型心绞痛患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者常规给予硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂、拜阿司匹林、低分子肝素和立普妥,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予振源胶囊。观察2组患者在治疗28天后的临床疗效、心电图情况、血糖控制情况和高敏c反应蛋白水平的变化。结果治疗28天后,观察组患者在临床疗效、心电图和血糖控制情况都优于对照组。虽然2组患者在治疗28天后高敏c反应蛋白水平都比治疗前明显下降,但观察组在治疗后与对照组比较,c反应蛋白降低的程度更大。结论振源胶囊能够改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状和预后,其机制可能与降低hs-CRP水平有关。

Objective To observe the effect of Zhenyuan capsule on levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with unstable angina. Methods Eighty patients with unstable angina, who were admitted to cardiology department in hospital, were enrolled in this study between September 2015 and September 2017. The patients were divided into observational group（n=40） and control group（n=40）. Patients in control group received nitrates, beta-blockers, aspirin, low molecular heparin, and atorvastatin. Patients in observational group were treated with Zhenyuan capsule based on the treatment of control group. The clinical and ECG effects, levels of blood glucose, and hs-CRP were compared before and after treatment for 28 days and between two groups. Results The effects of clinical and ECG, and levels of blood glucose were controlled better in observational group than in control group. The levels of hs-CRP were decreased more after treatment compared with the levels before treatment（P〈0.01）; Moreover, the level of hs-CRP decreased more in observational group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Zhenyuan capsule could ameliorate the clinical syndrome and improve the prognosis of patients with unstable angina. The mechanism of Zhenyuan capsule might attribute to the effect on reduction of levels of hs-CRP.
