摘要 针对气化炉托砖盘结构不连续、外载荷复杂等特点,采用三维有限元分析软件,对这一结构进行了热-应力耦合数值分析,从温度分布均匀性和应力分布合理性角度,论述了结构的优化设计过程,认为托砖盘部件间连接形式、托砖盘开膨胀槽形式等对应力分布有很大影响。 With respect to the features of refractory-brick-support plate in gasifier, thermal-structure coupling analysis for this structure was carried out by using 3-D finite element software. From the viewpoint of homogeneity in temperature distribution and stress distribution, the optimum design process was described. It was known that the connecting structure in refractory-brick-support plate and the structure of expanding grove has great effect in stress distribution.
