中医护理对妇科肿瘤术后患者心理的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Psychological Status of Patients with Gynecological Tumor after Operation

目的研究妇科肿瘤术后应用中医护理对患者心理的影响。方法 100例妇科肿瘤患者分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理措施,试验组给予中医护理措施。比较患者护理前后的不良情绪评分和护理满意度。结果 2组患者护理前的不良情绪评分无明显差异,护理后2组评分均得到改善,试验组比对照组改善更明显,(P<0.05)。试验组患者满意度比对照组更高,(P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤术后应用中医护理能明显改善患者的不良心理,并提升其护理满意度,具有较高临床价值。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the psychological status of patients with gynecological tumor after operation. Methods 100 cases of gynecologic tumor patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures, and the experimental group was given TCM nursing measures. Comparison of patients with bad mood score before and after nursing was made, and the nursing satisfaction was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of bad emotion before nursing. The scores of the two groups were improved after nursing, but the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in gynecological tumor patients can significantly improve the bad psychology of patients and their nursing satisfaction, which has higher clinical value.
