摘要
文章重点研究含镁工业废水常压沸腾蒸发过程中的盐类析出规律,蒸发过程卤水组成变化规律、硫酸钙析出规律,一水硫酸镁析出点和硫酸镁硫酸钠复盐析出点的卤水组成、比重、沸点升等物性参数,并考察在此过程中如何有效去除硫酸钙,减少硫酸钙对蒸发设备形成结垢的影响,提升蒸发设备有效能力,降低生产成本。
It focused on the salt precipitation law of atmospheric pressure boiling evaporation process of magnesium industrial wastewater,the change law of brine composition in the evaporation process,the precipitation law of calcium sulfate,the precipitation point of magnesium sulfate monohydrate and the brine composition of the precipitation point of magnesium sulfate and sodium sulfate double salt,weight,boiling point rise and other physical parameters,and examined how to effectively remove calcium sulfate in the process,reducing the impact of calcium sulfate on the formation of fouling evaporation equipment to enhance the effective capacity of evaporation equipment and reduce production cost.
