离心式压缩机管道应力分析及管口校核 被引量:1

摘要 离心式压缩机是油气管道领域应用最广的设备之一,其完整性将直接应用油气输送效率,但由于压缩机管道约束点及约束形式设计不合理,常引起转动轴扭断等问题,严重破坏压缩机的完整性。针对离心式压缩机管道的约束点及约束形式设计问题,应用CAESAR II软件对离心式压缩机进出口管道进行了应力计算和管口受力分析,找出最大受力点,通过调整管道支吊架形式和管道布置等方法,改善了管口受力,以保证设备的正常运行。研究表明:适当增加支点和改变支吊架形式,增大整个管系的柔性,使管系的各支吊点的受力分布均衡,可减小管道的受力,从而防止出现管道的局部作用荷载不均衡问题,全面保障离心式压缩机的完整性。 Centrifugal compressors are one of the most widely used equipments in the field of oil and gas pipelines. Their integrity will directly apply the efficiency of oil and gas transportation.However,due to the unreasonable design of the restriction points and constraints of the compressor pipes,,Seriously undermining the integrity of the compressor. In view of the constraint points of centrifugal compressor pipe and the design of the constraint form,CAESAR Ⅱ software was used to calculate the stress of the inlet and outlet pipes of centrifugal compressor and the stress analysis of the nozzle to find out the maximum stress point. By adjusting the pipe support Frame form and pipe layout and other methods to improve the nozzle force,in order to ensure the normal operation of equipment. The research shows that increasing the fulcrum and changing the form of support and hanger appropriately increases the flexibility of the entire pipe system,balances the force distribution of each support point of the pipe system,reduces the stress on the pipe and prevents the local action of the pipe Load unbalance problem,fully protect the integrity of centrifugal compressors.
