SBAR沟通模式在髋关节置换术围术期患者中的应用

The application of SBAR communication model in patients with hip arthroplasty

目的探讨SBAR沟通模式在髋关节置换术围术期中的应用效果。方法选取该院髋关节置换术患者120例为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各60例。对照组采用常规交流模式，观察组采用SBAR沟通模式进行髋关节置换术围术期护理，比较两组患者髋关节置换术围术期不良事件发生率、患者健康教育掌握情况、患者及医生对护士满意度。结果观察组不良事件发生率为5．0％明显低于对照组18．4％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；患者对疾病健康教育知识未掌握人数为5．0％低于对照组23．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；患者对护士交流方式的满意度为92．91％高于对照组87．13％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；医生对护士交流方式满意程度为91．09％高于对照组75．91％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论SBAR沟通模式可以降低髋关节置换术围术期不良事件发生率，提升患者健康教育掌握情况，提高患者及医生对护士满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of SBAR communication model in the perioperative period o! hip arthroplasty. Methods A total of 120 cases of hip arthroplasty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases of each group. In the control group, the routine communication mode was adopted, and the observation group adopted the SBAR communication mode for the perioperative nursing of hip replacement. The incidence of adverse events in patients with hip arthroplasty in the two groups, patients＂ health of education, patients and doctors＂ satisfaction with nurses of the two groups were compared. Results The occurrence rate of adverse event was 5.0% in observation group, which was significantly lower than control group that was 18.4%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. The number of patients that didn＇t master heath education knowledge of disease was 5.0%, which was lower than control group that was 23.3%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0. 001 ）. The satisfaction of patients to the communication mode of nurses was 92.91%, which was higher than control group that was 87. 13%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 001 ）. The satisfaction degree of doctors to the communication mode of nurses was 91.09%, which was higher than control group that was 75.91%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion The communication mode of SBAR can reduce the incidence of adverse events during the perioperative period of hip arthroplasty, improve patient＇s knowledge of heahh education, and improve patients＂ and doctors＂ satisfaction with nurses.
