康复护理模式对老年高血压患者血压控制及生活质量的影响

Effect of rehabilitation nursing mode on blood pressure control and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension

目的探讨康复护理模式在老年高血压患者血压控制中的作用及其对生活质量的影响。方法选择该院2015年5月-2016年5月收治的老年高血压患者105例为研究对象，随机分为观察组53例和对照组52例。观察组采用康复护理模式，对照组行常规护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者血压控制达标46例（86．8％）明显高于对照组的28例（53．8％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者并发症发生4例（7．5％）明显低于对照组的17例（32．7％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。护理前，两组患者生活质量的各维度评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；护理后，观察组患者生活质量各维度评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论康复护理模式能提高老年高血压患者血压控制的达标率，减少并发症的发生，改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing mode on blood pressure control in elderly patients with hypertension and its effect on quality of life. Methods A total of 105 elderly patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into observation group with 53 cases and control group with 52 cases. The observation group adopted the rehabilitation nursing mode, and the control group underwent routine clinical nursing. The nursing effect was compared between two group. Results The blood pressure of 46 patients was controlled standard in observation group. The control rate of blood pressure was 86. 8%, which was significantly higher than control group that was 28 cases （53.8%） , and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. There were 4 cases of complication in observation group, and the occurrence rate was 7.5%, which was lower than control group that was 17 cases （32. 7% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ）. The two groups before the nursing quality of life index had no significant difference （P〉0. 05 ） . After the intervention, two groups of index level increased, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） .Condusions Rehabilitation nursing mode can improve the rate of blood pressure control in elderly patients with hypertension, reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
