品管圈在提高肿瘤患者PICC血栓预防措施落实率中的应用

The application of the quality control circle in improving the rate of PICC thrombosis prevention in tumor patients

目的探讨品管圈活动在提高肿瘤患者PICC血栓预防措施落实率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组，以“提高肿瘤患者PICC血栓预防措施落实率”为主题，进行现状调查、原因分析、目标设定、对策制定及实施，比较品管圈活动前后PICC血栓预防现状的差异。结果品管圈活动后PICC血栓预防措施的落实率（82％）较活动前（29％）明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；PICC血栓发生率较实施品管圈前显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；品管圈活动后圈组成员综合素质提高。结论开展品管圈活动可提高肿瘤患者PICC血栓预防措施的落实率，最终达到降低PICC血栓发生率的目的，提高专科护理质量，同时还提高了圈组成员的综合素质。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving the rate of PICC thrombosis in patients with tumor. Methods Quality control circle group was established. In addition, status survey, reason analysis, goal setting, countermeasure formulation and implementation were conducted with the theme of improving PICC thrombus prevention measure implementation rate of cancer patients to compare the difference of PICC thrombus prevention situation before and after quality control circle activity. Results After quality control circle activi- ty, the implementation of PICC thrombus prevention measure （82%） was improved significantly compared with it before activity （29%）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The occurrence rate of PICC thrombus was significantly reduced compared with it before implementing quality control circle （P〈0. 01 ）. After quality control circle activity, the comprehensive quality of quality control circle was improved. Conclusions The implementation of QCC can improve the rate of PICC thrombosis prevention in tumor patients, and finally achieve the goal of reducing the incidence of PICC thrombosis. The activity improves the quality of specialized nursing care and improves the comprehensive quality of the group members.
