摘要
目的构建评价护理管理者非权力影响力的指标体系,为培养和提升护理管理者非权力影响力提供科学的理论依据。方法采用文献回顾法、深度访谈法、问卷调查法,初步形成护理管理者非权力影响力评价指标条目,应用德尔菲专家咨询法对30名专家进行两轮问卷咨询。结果经过两轮的专家咨询,构建了护理管理者非权力影响力评价指标体系,包含3个一级指标,6个二级指标,27个三级指标。结论咨询过程中,专家认可度和协调一致性高,咨询结果可靠。该指标体系可以用来客观、科学地评价护理管理者的非权力影响力,为护理管理者的培养和培训提供了科学依据。
Objective To construct an index system for evaluating the non-power influence of nursing managers, to provide scientific theoretical basis for cultivating and improving the non-power influence of nursing managers. Methods The literature review, in-depth interview, questionnaire survey were used to develop the initial formation of nursing managers non-power influence evaluation index entries. The Delphi expert consultation method was applied to carry out two rounds of questionnaires to 30 experts. Results After two rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation index system of nursing managers non-power influence, which contained 3 primary indexes, 6 secondary indexes, 27 tertiary indexes were formed. Conclusions During the consultation process, the experts have high recognition and coordination; and the consultation results are reliable. This index system can be used to objectively and scientifically evaluate the nonpower influence of nursing managers and provide scientific basis for the training and training of nursing managers.
