摘要
目的探讨行动导向教学在实习护士技能培训中的应用效果。方法选择该院2014年6月及2015年6月实习的护理专业本科生各100名作为实验组与对照组。在实习护士岗前技能培训过程中,实验组采用行动导向教学,对照组采用传统教学。培训结束后,应用实习护士对技能培训满意度调查问卷及带教老师对实习护士综合能力评价表进行调查。结果教学评价方面,实验组在培训形式及教师表现两个维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。带教老师对实习护士综合能力评价方面,实验组在操作技术、责任心、积极主动、沟通交流、团队精神项目评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论行动导向教学有利于提高护理专业技能培训的教学效果、有助于提高实习护士的综合能力。
Objective To discuss about the application effect of action-oriented teaching method to the skill training of student nurses. Methods A total of 100 nursing undergraduates that came to this hospital for practice in June 2014 and June 2015 were selected each as experimental group and control group. In the pre-work skill training process of student nurses, action-oriented teaching was applied to experimental group, and traditional teaching was applied to control group. After the training ended, the comprehensive abilities of student nurses to the satisfaction questionnaire of skill training and clinical teachers to student nurses were investigated. Results With regard to teaching evaluation, the scores of training form and teacher performance were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05 ). For the comprehensive ability evaluation of clinical teachers on student nurses, the operation technique, responsibility, proactivity, communication, team spirit project scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions Action oriented teaching is helpful to improve the teaching effect of nursing professional skills training, and to improve the comprehensive ability of student nurses.
