MSCT低剂量三维重建在儿童骨骺损伤诊断中的临床应用

摘要 目的:探讨MSCT低剂量三维重建诊断儿童骨骺损伤的临床价值及对图像质量的影响.方法:随机选择29例骨骺损伤患儿,行X线摄片和MSCT低剂量三维重建检查(低剂量组),选择以往行常规剂量MSCT三维重建检查的骨骺损伤患儿29例(对照组),比较2组的图像质量评分、图像噪声及辐射剂量(CTDIvol、DLP).结果:MSCT低剂量三维重建诊断儿童骨骺损伤的准确率明显高于X线片(P〈0.05).低剂量组的图像噪声高于对照组(P〈0.05),但2组图像质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).低剂量组CTDIvol、DLP均明显低于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:MSCT低剂量三维重建不仅能准确诊断儿童骨骺损伤,而且能降低辐射剂量且不影响诊断,具有较高的临床价值. Objective:To study the clinical value of dimensional reconstruction of Low - dose MSCT on diagnosis of epiphyseal injuring in children and its effect image quality. Methods 29 children with epiphyseal injuring were selected randomly, they were given X - ray plain and dimensional reconstruction of Lowdose MSCT (low -dose group). 29 children with epiphyseal injuring from additional cases were given dimensional reconstruction of Conventional MSCT ( control group ). The images quality score, noise and radiation dose ( CTDIvol, DLP) were compared between two groups. Results The diagnosis accuracy rate of dimensional reconstruction of Low -dose MSCT in children with epiphyseal injuring was higher than X - tar plain ( P 〈 0.0.5 ). The noise of low - dose group was higher than control group ( P 〈 0.0.5 ), but images quality score were no statistically significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). CTDIvol and DLP of low - dose group were significantly lower than those of control group( P 〈 0.0.5 ). Conclusion Dimensional reconstruction of Low - dose MSCT can diagnosis epiphyseal injuring in children, and can reduce dose without influence diagnostics, it has high clinical value.
