关节镜下前交叉韧带袖套状保残重建的临床效果

摘要 目的：探究关节镜下前交叉韧带袖套状保残重建的临床效果.方法：选取我院2015年5月～2016年10月收治的37例前交叉韧带损伤患者进行回顾性分析,对比手术前后患者的Lysholm评分和Tegner评分情况.结果：Lysholm评分方面,术前评分为37.3±7.9分,术后12个月评分为94.2±4.1分,差异显著,P〈0.05,有统计学意义;Tegner评分方面,术前评分为2.3±0.5分,术后12个月评分为7.1±0.7分,差异明显,P〈0.05,有统计学意义.结论：前交叉韧带断裂治疗中,应用袖套状保残重建技术治疗效果非常理想,有利于患者健康的恢复,值得推广.
