施汉章治疗男科疾病的经验浅析

Shi Hanzhang's Experiences in the Treatment of Andrological Disease

施汉章教授是全国著名的中医男科专家,为中医男科奠基人之一,业医70余载,医人无数,仁心仁术,在长期的临床工作中创造和积累了许多治疗男科棘手疾病的经验,尤其是在慢性前列腺炎、勃起功能障碍、早泄等疾病方面独树一帜。施汉章教授认为湿热贯穿于慢性前列腺炎疾病的整个过程,因此化湿为重点,在化湿的思路中辨证论治慢性前列腺炎;阳痿的发生于心肝肾关系密切,治疗上重用活血祛瘀药的同时应温肾与祛瘀并重;而早泄的发生亦与心肝肾密切相关,对于肾脏封藏失职患者,多采用补肾涩精、填精益髓之法,对于心肾不交的患者,多采用养心安神定志之法,对于肝失疏泄、宗筋失养患者,多采用疏肝解郁、养血柔肝之法。文章主要围绕施汉章治疗男科疾病的理论及思路进行论述,旨在更好地指导临床。

Prof. Shi Hanzhang is the famous expert of TCM andrology in China and is one of the founders of TCM andrology. Prof. Shi has been engaged in medical work for over 70 years and has accumulated extremely rich experiences in the treatment of many intractable male disorders,especially for chronic prostatitis,erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Prof. Shi Hanzhang believes that damp heat is the key factor in the entire process of chronic prostatitis. Hence,resolving damp is the essential step in the diagnosis and treatment. Impotence is closed related to the functions of heart,liver and kidney. The treatment of it focuses on activating blood circulation,removing stasis and warming kidney with herbal medicine. Premature ejaculation is also related to the heart,liver and kidney. If the case is caused by failure of kidney in storage,the treatment should be tonifying kidney,controlling essence and filling up the marrow. If the case is caused by disharmony between the heart and kidney,the method for tranquilizing the mind should be adopted. If the case is related to failure of liver in maintaining the free flow of qi and malnutrition of tendons,the method for smoothing liver qi,removing stagnation,nourishing blood and softening liver should be used. In the paper,the statements focus on the theories and thoughts of Prof. Shi Hanzhang on the treatment of male disease,aiming to effectively guide clinical practice.
