复方血栓通治疗糖尿病视网膜病变对患者氧化应激水平与视网膜中央动脉血流的影响

Impacts of compound xueshuantong on oxidative stress level and blood flow of central retinal artery in the patients of diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨复方血栓通治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变对患者氧化应激水平及视网膜中央动脉血流的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2016年6月收治的非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者25例为研究对象,给予复方血栓通治疗1个月,对比治疗前后25例患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),并监测治疗前后视网膜中央静脉血流动力学参数舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、峰值血流速度(PSV)、平均血流速度(MV)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)。结果与治疗前比较,25例非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清SOD水平升高,MDA水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后25例患者的视网膜中央动脉EDV、PSV及MV均明显升高,PI及RI均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变能够改善患者的氧化应激状态及视网膜血流,使患者的治疗效果提高。

Objective To explore the impacts of compound xueshuantong on oxidative stress level and blood flow of central retinal artery in the patients of diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 25 patients of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy were collected as the subjects from March 2015 through to June2016. They were treated with compound xueshuantong for 1 month. The levels of serum SOD and MDA were compared before and after treatment in 25 cases. The results of EDC,PSC,MV,PI and RI of retinal central artery in hemodynamics were monitored before and after treatment. Results Compared with the results before treatment,the average level of serum SOD was increased and that of MDA decreased in 25 patients of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,indicating the significant differences（ P 0. 05） after treatment. Compared with the results before treatment,the levels of EDV,PSV and MV of retinal central artery were increased remarkably and PI and RI decreased in 25 patients,indicating the significant differences. Conclusion Compound xueshuantong improves the condition of oxidative stress and blood flow of central retinal artery in treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in the patients and improves the therapeutic effects.
