益气养阴活血中药联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的效果及其对患者胰岛功能的影响研究

Effects on Type 2 Diabetes and the Impacts on Islet Function in the Patients Treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Herbal Medicine and Insulin Pump

目的研究益气养阴活血中药联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的效果及其对患者胰岛功能的影响。方法将我院收治的98例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组49例。对照组患者行胰岛素泵常规治疗,治疗组患者行益气养阴活血中药联合胰岛素泵治疗。评价两组患者的临床治疗效果,并于两组患者治疗前后检测血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)]和胰岛功能指标[胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)、胰岛素分泌指数(Homa-IS)、30min胰岛素增值(I30)/血糖增值(G30)(△I30/△G30)]。结论治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率为91.84%,对照组为81.64%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者平均FBG、2 h PG、HbAlc指标值较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),但治疗组各指标值的下降幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,治疗后,两组患者的Homa-IR指标值较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),Homa-IS、△I30/△G30指标值较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),但治疗组各指标值的改善幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血中药联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的疗效显著,能有效提高患者血糖水平的控制效果,且能显著改善患者的胰岛功能。

Objective To study the effects on type 2 diabetes（ T2 D） and its impacts on islet function in the patients treated with yiqi yangyin huoxue herbal medicine and insulin pump. Methods A total of 98 patients of T2 D treated in the hospital were randomized into a treatment group（ 49 cases） and a control group（ 49 cases）. In the control group,the routine treatment with insulin pump was used. In the treatment group,yiqi yangyin huoxue herbal medicine and insulin pump were applied. The clinical effects were evaluated. Before and after treatment,the blood glucose（ FBG,2 Hpg,HbAlc） and islet function indexes（ Homa-IR,Homa-IS and △I30/△G30） were detected in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 91. 84% in the treatment group and was 81. 64% in the control group,indicating the significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the average values of FBG,2 h PG and HbAlc were all reduced as compared with those before treatment in the two groups（ P 0. 05）. The reducing degrees of the values in the treatment groups were larger than the control group（ P 0. 05）. Additionally,after treatment,Homa-IR was reduced as compared with that before treatment in the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Homa-IS and △I30/△G30 were increased as compared with those before treatment（ P 0. 05）. The improvement amplitudes of the values in the treatment group were larger than the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of yiqi yangyin huoxue herbal medicine and insulin pump achieves the significant effects on T2D. It effectively improves the control of blood glucose and islet function in the patients.
