蔡炳勤对于腹部手术后腹痛的治疗经验

CAI Bingqin's Experiences in the Treatment of Abdominal Pain after Abdominal Operation

腹痛是腹部手术后常见的临床症状之一。蔡炳勤教授认为腹部术后患者的病理特点是"升易阻、湿易聚、瘀易留、浊易生",从而引起经络气血运行阻滞不通,而出现腹痛;对于此类腹痛患者,应抓住"不通则痛"这一根本病机,治疗上应以"通"为用,并提出疏肝理气、温运通腑、扶正祛瘀三大治法,分别治疗肝郁气滞腹痛、肠结腹痛、血瘀腹痛,取得了较好的临床疗效。蔡教授对于腹部手术后腹痛的宝贵治疗经验,值得在临床上广泛运用。

Abdominal pain is one of the common clinical symptoms after abdominal operation. Prof.Cai Bingqin believes that the pathological characteristics of the patients after abdominal operation are the＂obstruction of ascending qi,accumulation of damp,retention of stasis and production of turbid fluids＂. It leads to the retardation of qi and blood circulation in meridians. Hence,abdominal pain occurs.＂Where is obstruction,where is the pain＂. The treatment of abdominal pain should focuse on promoting liver qi,promoting qi circulation of fu organs,removing stasis and strengthening antipathogenic qi corresponding to abdominal pain due to liver qi stagnation,intestinal obstruction and blood stagnation. The clinical therapeutic effects are achieved. It is worth for us to apply Prof. Cai＇s experiences to clinical practice for abdominal pain after abdominal operation.
