This paper introduces the preparation of non-solvent epoxy coatings lbr high-pressure airless spraying of buried steel tube walls, and mainly discusses the best pigment-binder ratio of coatings and also screening of curing agent types, detailing the optimization process of the additives system. This test deals with the problem that the solvent-free epoxy coatings have relatively poor toughness and anti-flow resistance when the film is thick.
