β-tubulin Ⅲ在结肠腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

The expression and clinical significance of β-tubulin Ⅲ in colorectal adenocarcinoma

目的探讨β-tubulin Ⅲ在结直肠腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法收集2011年2月至2015年2月北京同仁医院111例结直肠腺癌根治术患者的手术标本和临床资料,通过Envision二步法对癌组织进行β-tubulin Ⅲ免疫组织化学染色,利用光学显微镜观察其表达情况,并结合随访结果,分析其与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤分化、临床分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移、复发及死亡等临床资料的关系。结果全部病例根据β-tubulin Ⅲ阳性细胞分布部位分为浸润分布前沿组(72例)和非前沿组(39例,含阴性病例)。肿瘤低分化病例多见于前沿组,而高分化病例多见于非前沿组,差异有显著性(P=0.032);在非前沿组中,有淋巴结转移病例相比无转移病例β-tubulin Ⅲ阳性强度更强,差异有显著性(P=0.048)。结论结直肠腺癌组织β-tubulin Ⅲ蛋白的浸润前沿表达与肿瘤分化有关。非浸润前沿表达组中β-tubulin Ⅲ染色强度强弱与淋巴结转移有关。

Objective To investigate the clinical implication of β tubulin-Ⅲ expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma. Method The surgical specimens and clinical data of Ⅲ patients with radical adenocarcinoma were collected. Clinical analysis of β tubulin-Ⅲ with other clinical data of patients was performed. Result All cases according to β tubulin-Ⅲ distribution area is divided into front group （72 cases） and noninvasive front group （39 cases, including the negative cases）. The most common cases of low differentiation were in the front group, while the high differentiation cases were more in the noninvasive front group, and the difference in the group was statistically significant（P=0.032）. In noninvasive front group, staining intensity of β Ⅲ-tubulin was significantly associated with lymphatic metastasis of tumor （P=0.048）. Conclusion Expression of β tubulin-Ⅲ was correlated with tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis, suggesting a potential role of β tubulin-Ⅲ in tumor differentiation and metastasis.
