冰水在常规石蜡切片中的应用探讨

Application and discussion of ice water in conventional paraffin section technology

目的探讨泡冰水法在石蜡切片技术中的应用。方法选取本科2016年1月至2017年5月不同种类的组织进行处理,制成组织蜡块,分别用不同切片方法制片并比较分析。结果泡冰水切片法有明显优势。蜡块中的组织仍能吸收一定水分,从而使组织湿化、软化。结论泡冰水切法利用处理后的组织仍能吸收一部分水分的特性,使得干、硬的组织湿化、软化,利于切片工作,是一种相对理想的石蜡切片方法。

Objective To investigate the application of the ice water immersion method in paraffin section. Method Different kinds ot tissues were selected and divided into different groups during January 2016 to May 2017, processed, embedded into paraffin tissue block, and made into paraffin section using different method, then compare and analyze their result. Result The ice water immersion method was superior to other method, because the tissue in the paraffin block can absorb some water and this make the tissue Moist and soft. Conclusion Ice water immersion paraffin section pattern is conductive to making the hard and dry tissues to be more moist and soft, which is beneficial to the work of paraffin section. It is a relatively ideal method for paraffin section.
