术前无需麻醉消痔灵混合液注射治疗直肠脱垂的临床体会

Injecting Xiaozhiling Mixture Liquid without Preoperative Anesthesia in the Treatment of Rectal Prolapse:Clinical Experience

为观察术前未施行任何麻醉用消痔灵混合液注射治疗直肠脱垂的疗效,对30例直肠脱垂患者采用直肠内外消痔灵混合液(消痔灵原液10 mL十生理盐水7 mL+2%盐酸利多卡因3 mL)双层注射固脱治疗。结果显示,30例直肠脱垂患者中,治愈25例,好转5例,有效率100%。二型Ⅲ度直肠脱垂2例(因年老体弱基础脏器疾病),分二次治疗(先点状注射,7～10d后行柱状注射),平均治愈时间7.2 d,治疗过程中患者疼痛0级22例,1级8例,均未出现不能耐受的疼痛。结果表明,消痔灵混合液注射治疗直肠脱垂,完全可以达到治疗的全程无痛。具有操作方法简便、经济、安全、痛苦小、不良反应少、疗效好、恢复快等优点。

In order to observe the effect of injecting Xiaozhiling mixture liquid （Xiaozhiling injection 10 mL ＋normal saline 7 mL＋2% of Lidocaine hydrochloride 3 mL） without any anesthesia before operation in the treatment of rectal prolapse（RP）,30 patients with RP were injected above mixture liquid as stopping- prolapse treatment at inner-outer double-layer of rectum. As results,in the 30 cases 25 were cured, 5 got improved,thus the effective rate was 100%,among whom 2 cases of 2 type Ⅲ degree RP being senior, weak and basal organ diseases therefore received injection of two times（first,point-like injecting,after 7-10 days,then columnar injecting）;average curative time was 7.2 days;during treatment 22 cases were 0 grade pain,8 were 1 grade,but no intolerable pain occurred. Results show that injecting this mixture liquid for treatment of RP is completely painless during whole treatment,and has such merits as simple ＆ easy ma nipulation, economic, safe, less pain and adverse reaction,better effect,as well as fast recovery,etc.
