3种方法治疗放射性直肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎的对比研究

Three Therapies for Radiation Proctitis and Ulcerative Colitis: Comparative Study

为探索治疗放射性直肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎的有效方法,将放射性直肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎180例患者随机分为3组,每组60例。A组采用自拟溃结灌肠散灌肠法治疗,B组采用口服美沙拉嗪配合氢化考的松灌肠治疗,C组采用云南白药和锡类散灌肠法治疗。结果显示,均经2个疗程治疗,A、B、C 3组的总有效率分别为98.3%、80%和66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组疗效均显著高于B组与C组(P<0.01)。在追踪随访时间内,复发率C组最高,高达53.3%,其次为B组,复发率为28.3%,A组无复发者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结果表明,自拟溃结灌肠散灌肠法对放射性直肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,无复发,值得在临床上推广应用。

This stu （UC）, randomly di dy was to explore the effective therapy for radiation proctitis（RP） and ulcerative colitis vided 180 cases of above diseases into group A,B and C,60 cases for each,which group A adopted self-designed Kuijie Guanchang San（a TCM powder） for enema, group B orally administered Mesalazine and adopted hydrocortisone for enema,group C adopted Yunnan Baiyao plus Xilei San（a TCM powder） for enema. As results, after 2 treatment courses the total effective rate of group A, B, C was 98.3%,80.0% and 66.7% respectively,so there was statistical difference（ P 〈0.01） ,and in effect group A was significantly higher than group B and C（ P 〈0.01） ; during the follow-up period the recurrence rate was in a order of 53.3%（group C）,28.3%（group B） and 0（group A）,there was statistical difference（ P〈0.01）.Results show that self-designed Kuijie Guanchang San for treating RP and UC has significant effect, and without recurrence.It is worthy to be popularized to use.
