摘要
通过水蒸气蒸馏法、萃取法、同时蒸馏萃取法对朱顶红叶片中挥发类活性成分进行提取.筛选出提取率最高的方法并用气象色谱-质谱(GC-MS)对所提出的挥发类活性成分进行成分鉴定.结果表明,萃取法在提取挥发类活性成分时效率最高,对所得成分进行气象色谱-质谱鉴定时共得到以下26种相似度高于85%的成分,包括植酮、棕榈酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸乙酯、叶绿醇、亚油酸、油酸乙酯、硬脂酸乙酯、γ-生育酚、β-生育酚、天然维生素E、生育酚乙酸酯、菜油甾醇、豆固醇、γ-谷甾醇、β-谷甾醇等.
This paper studied on extraction of Hippeastrumvittatum leaves in active ingredients by steam distillation, solvent extraction, simultaneous distillation extraction. The best extrac- tion method was selected and the components of volatile active compounds were identified by GC - MS. The results showed that the highest extraction efficiency in the extraction of active ingredients, the extraction method has the highest efficiency in the extraction of volatile ac- tive ingredients, and the 26 components with the similarity above 85% were obtained by the meteorological chromatography mass spectrometry identification of the components, including graft ketone, palmitic acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid ethyl ester, phytol, linoleic acid, o- leic acid, stearic acid and ethyl acetate, gamma tocopherol, beta tocopherol, natural vitamin E, tocopherol acetate, campesterol, stigmasterol and sitosterol, beta sitosterol etc.
