近年来,植物生长调节剂在农作物、果蔬、中药生产中的使用越来越多,随着其相应的研究也逐渐增多,引起了人们对这类植物生长调节剂的关注.我国对于植物生长调节剂类没有明文规定禁止使用,因此加强植物源性食品中植物生长调节剂残留量的快速有效检测,对保证食品安全,促进人类健康及社会经济发展都具有重大的现实意义.通过对国内外文献的查阅与研究近几年国内植物源性食品中植物生长调节剂残留量的前处理方法及检测技术,综述了四种新型植物生长调节剂的研究方法和残留检测分析技术的研究进展,并对其研究进行了讨论与展望.

The research through the domestic and foreign literature review and research the pre- treatment methods and major analytical methods, summarized the research progress of four new plant growth regulators and the research progress of residual detection and analysis tech- noloay. and it has been discussed and prosnects.
