摘要
针对传统的红外检测技术的不足,利用三维激光扫描仪和热红外相机相结合的方法,对容器内壁缺陷进行检测。采用三维激光扫描仪获取容器的三维点云数据,建立容器的精准几何场,同时热红外相机获取容器的温度场;将三维几何场和温度场叠加形成三维多源场,在三维多源场上对缺陷进行识别、定位和测量。实验结果表明:方法可以直观、快速、有效地检测出容器缺陷的位置和几何尺寸。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional infrared detection technology,the detection on container inwall defects is carried out by using the method of combining infrared camera with 3D laser scanner. Using 3D laser scanner to obtain three-dimensional point cloud data of container,precise geometry field of container is established and at the same time temperature field of container is obtained by thermal infrared camera. The threedimensional multi-source field is formed through the superposition of the temperature field and 3D geometry field,and the recognition,positioning and measurement of defects can be realized on the 3D multi-source field. The experimental results indicate that this method can make direct-viewing,fast,effective detection on position and geometry size of defects.
