摘要
根据应用环境的要求,设计了一种大压力、大过载的小体积压差传感器。针对大过载压差传感器的结构特点,利用有限元分析软件,对传感器的关键部件进行了建模及优化设计。试验验证表明:压差传感器具有良好的大过载、耐恶劣环境的特性。
According to the requirements of the application environment,a small volume pressure differential sensor with high pressure and big overload is designed and developed. Aiming at structure characteristics of big overload pressure differential sensor,using finite element analysis software,modeling and optimization design of key components of the sensor are carried out. Experimental verification proves this kind of pressure differential sensor has features of good big overload,and it is able to endure harsh environment.
