龙安水库洪水分析研究

Analysis and Research on Flood of Long'an Reservoir

龙安水库位于延河干流安塞水文站上游约11 km处,是一座以防洪为主,兼顾供水、减淤,结合发电的水利工程,研究龙安水库洪水对于大坝安全有着重要意义,同时对确保下游安塞县及延安市城市防洪保安有重要作用。水库洪水以安塞站为参证站进行频率计算,采用水文比拟法推算到坝址,从洪峰流量及不同时段洪量统计参数规律方面和峰量合轴相关关系方面分析洪水成果的合理性。鉴于本工程为大(Ⅱ)型工程,承担了对革命圣地延安的防洪保护的重要任务,本次对校核洪水通过抽样误差进行分析计算,同时与邻近流域各个水文站设计洪水对比分析后,确定本次将龙安水库校核洪水的峰量均增加13%的安全修正值是合理的。

Longan Reservoir is located at about 1 l km upstream of Ansai Hydrological Station in Yanhe River. It is a water conservancy project which is mainly flood control andwater supply, sedimentation reduction together with power generation. It is of great significance to study the flood of Long＇an Reservoir for dam safety, meanwhile, for ensuring the downstream flood control security in Ansai County and ~an＇an city plays an important role. The flood of reservoir is calculated by using Ansai station as the reference station, and the hydrological analogue method is used to calculate the dam site. The rationality of flood outcomes is analyzed from the law of flood peak flow and statistical parameters of flood volume in different periods and the correlation of peak and the axis of the flood. In view of the project is a large （ ]I ） type of project, stand the important task of flood protection in Yan＇an, This study analyzed and calculated the sampling error by checking the flood,at the same time, compared with the hydrological stations in adjacent watersheds andit is reasonable to confirm that a safety correction value of 13% will be added to the peak flood volume of the Longan Reservoir.
