水杨酸对黄瓜种子萌发及干旱胁迫下幼苗生长的影响 被引量:23

Effects of Salicylic Acid on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth Under Drought Stress in Cucumber

摘要 以黄瓜种子为试材,采用浓度为1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0mmol·L^(1)的水杨酸浸种处理黄瓜种子,研究了不同浓度水杨酸对黄瓜种子萌发的影响及干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗抗干旱的能力。结果表明:1.0~2.0mmol·L^(1)水杨酸浸种处理可以促进黄瓜种子的萌发能力和幼苗生长,而3.0~4.0mmol·L^(1)水杨酸抑制黄瓜种子萌发,且以1.0mmol·L^(1)水杨酸处理黄瓜发芽特性效果最佳。1.0mmol·L^(1)水杨酸引发可以提高干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性,且可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸含量显著增强,而丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降。说明1.0mmol·L^(1)水杨酸在缓解干旱胁迫对黄瓜生长阻碍的效果最好。 The cucumber seeds were taken as materials,and treated by 4 kinds of concentrations of salicylic acid 1.0 mmol·L^(-1),2.0 mmol·L^(-1),3.0 mmol·L^(-1),4.0 mmol·L^(-1),effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on seed germination of cucumber and drought resistance ability of seedlings growth under drought stress were studied.The results showed that 1.0^(-2).0 mmol·L^(-1) salicylic acid treatment could promote the germination ability and seedling growth of cucumber seeds,and 3.0-4.0 mmol·L^(-1) salicylic acid inhibited the germination of cucumber seeds.And 1.0 mmol·L^(-1) salicylic acid treatment on germination characteristics of cucumber was the best.1.0 mmol·L^(-1) salicylic acid could improve cucumber seedlings of the activities of CAT,SOD and POD,and the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and free proline were significantly increased,while the content of MDA was significantly decreased.So 1.0 mmol·L^(-1) salicylic acid had the best effect on the growth of cucumber under drought stress.
