以大规模定制家具中的欧式新古典衣柜为研究对象,应用构件互换的模块化设计方法,结合现代家具的结构和生产工艺理念,建立起欧式新古典衣柜模块化功能模型库。通过衣柜柜体、柜门、功能件和装饰件的系统分析和探讨,运用现代衣柜家具的专用模块和通用模块的设计理念,结合古典家具功能、结构和生产工艺流程,对欧式衣柜构成进行分析,利用标准化原理分解、归纳和总结功能要素,将简化的功能单元和新古典元素组合成新的产品。构建定制衣柜整体标准化模块设计,最终形成欧式新古典衣柜多样化的解决方案。

Based on the mass customization of furniture in the neo classical European wardrobe as the research object, the modular design method is used interchangeably with structural components, production process and the concept of modern furniture, establish the model library of neo classical European wardrobe modular function. Through the wardrobe cabinet, door, system function parts and decorative parts are analyzed and discussed, analyze the design idea of special module and the use of modern wardrobe furniture general module, combined with the classical furniture function, structure and production process of European wardrobe. Use standard decomposition principle and summary the functional elements of functional unit the simplified and new classical elements into new products. The design of the overall standardization module of the custom wardrobe is designed, and the solution to the diversification of the European new classical wardrobe is finally formed.
