城市社区视阈下城中村改造建筑空间营建理念的研究——以西安市祭台村的实证研究为例

Research on Space Design Under the Perspective of Community in Urban Village Reconstruction:For Example of the Empirical Research of JiTai Village in Xi'an

城中村与其周边的城市区域是一个动态平衡的社区系统,城中村的建筑空间环境集中体现了村民、外来人员以及周边城市居民的空间需求。本文首先在城市社区层面开展城中村建筑空间营建的理论研究;其次以西安市一个典型城中村改造案例的实证研究为例,通过分析改造前后社区商业服务空间结构的演变,建筑空间使用现状的对比,外来人员生存空间对比等,总结城中村改造的主要问题是"重内轻外";最后提出"内外使用者并重"的城中村社区建筑空间营建理念,为目前城中村改造中建筑空间的营建提供新的研究思路。

It is an organic and dynamic balanced system in urban village and it＇s surrounding area. The architectural space of urban village is reflecting the space requirements of the villagers, migrant and urban residents. This paper,first, carries out research of architecture space design in the level of community.Second, for the example of the empirical research of JiTai village in Xi＇an, summaries the main problem of urban village is ＂focusing on villagers but external users＂ by the analytical evolution of business and services space in community,contrast the space by using and migrant living space before and after renovate in urban village. Last but not the least, it is advocated the concept of ＂equal consideration of both internal and external users＂ in architectural space of urban village community, which providing a new design planning in current reformation under the urban village community.
