摘要 残疾人、老年人及其他弱势群体收入较低、身体机能受限,乘坐廉价的公共交通是其重要的出行方式。街景地图代替实地踏勘使全样本评价城市与区域公交站点无障碍环境成为可能。本文利用街景地图采集北京五环内公交站点街景图像并根据《无障碍设计规范》与肢残人出行乘车行为习惯调查确定公交站点无障碍环境"三要素",在此基础上对北京五环内公交站点无障碍环境进行评价,分析了北京五环内公交站点无障碍环境建设的现状与规律,对公交站点无障碍环境改善提出建议,梳理了公交站点与公交车无障碍接驳的形式及无障碍公交线路的组织原则,以期系统性地提高公交出行无障碍环境,为残疾人、老年人及其他弱势群体提供便利的无障碍出行条件。 the income of the disabled, the elderly and other vulnerable groups is relatively low, the physical function of them is limited, too. Cheap public transport is an important way to travel for them. Street view instead of field reconnaissance lowered cost of research, make the whole sample evaluation of urban or regional bus station accessibility environment possible. This study using street view collecting street view images of the bus stations within the Beijing fifth ring,according to the Accessibility Design Specification and the physically disabled travel behavior habits determines bus station accessibility environment "three factors", evaluates and assigns points the accessibility environment of the bus station within Beijing fifth ring, and analyses the present accessibility environment construction and improving suggestions of the bus stations within the Beijing fifth ring, cards the accessibility connection forms between the bus station and the bus and the organization principles of the bus lines, in order to systematically improve transit accessibility environment and provide convenience for the disabled, the elderly and other vulnerable groups of accessibility travel conditions.
