国外城市保障性住房区位特征及其形成机制分析

Analysis on the Formation Mechanism of Affordable Housing Urban Spatial Distribution in Foreign Countries

在时间效率、经济效益的驱使下,当前我国保障性住房以城市边缘作为主要建设方式,其对城市物质空间、社会空间的负面影响难以估量。本文试图审视国外保障性住房城市区位特征,并对其不同时期的选址方式以及城市空间布局的形成进行历时性分析,以期对我国保障性住房选址方式提出有益的意见及建议。

Oriented by the time efficiency and economic efficiency, many Chinese Indemnificatory Housing are built at the urban fringe. Its negative impact on the urban material space and social space is difficult to measure. This paper attempts to examine the location characteristics of foreign affordable housing, and makes a diachronic analysis of its location and urban spatial distribution in different periods. The paper tries to give some suggestions for Chinese Indemnificatory Housing.
