考虑多灾害的重要公共建筑后评估——以地震次生灾害为例

Post-evaluation of Important Public Buildings Considering Multi-hazards:Taking Earthquake-induced Secondary Disasters for Examples

当前建筑防灾设计是单灾种独立设计,缺乏多灾害综合作用的考虑。因此,一旦建筑遭遇多灾害作用,可能造成难以承受的后果。鉴于公共建筑的重要性,应对公共建筑开展多灾害后评估,确保其安全。本文将以地震次生火灾和次生坠物灾害为例,介绍多灾害后评估的方法和实例,为考虑多灾害的重要公共建筑后评估提供参考。

Current building designing on disaster prevention only considers each hazard individually,without the overall effect of multi-hazards. As a result, once a building is subjected to multi-hazards, the consequence may be unacceptable.Due to their importance, public buildings should be performed the post-evaluation of multi-hazards to guarantee their safety.Taking earthquake-induced fires and falling objects for examples, the methods and cases of multi-hazard post-evaluation were demonstrated in this study, which provides references for the post-evaluation of important public buildings considering multi-hazards.
