摘要
北京地铁站域数量众多,与居民生活关系密切,却常面临接驳不便、交通拥堵、空间割裂等问题,阻碍地铁站综合效益的发挥。本文针对北京居住型地铁站域现状和问题,结合新加坡相关经验,探讨居住型地铁站域规划策略。研究发现,北京居住型地铁站域可分为旧城型、单位小区型、城市小区型和边缘型四类,存在公共开敞空间不足、用地单一、可达性差等问题。借鉴新加坡相关经验,本文提出针对四类站域的规划策略,并提出居住型地铁站域四项规划原则——空间集约使用、核心区集成设计、多层次接驳、兼顾效率与公平。
There are many subway station areas in Beijing which are closely related to residents, but they always meet the problems of inconvenience,traffic jam and split space. These problems reduce the synthetical benefit of the subways. This paper studied the problems and planning strategies of the residential subway station areas of Beijing and found that there were four types of residential subway station areas in Beijing. They met the problems of lack of public space, simplex land use and poor accessibility.After the case study of practice in Singapore, this paper put forward four planning principles: the intensive utilization of space, integrated design of core area, overall transport interchange mode and balanced efficiency and fairness.
